Excretion  is the process by which animals rid themselves of waste product and of the nitrogenous by -product of metabolism.


Excretion help to prevent accumulation of harmful substance in the body .It also help to maintain the osmotic level of blood and plasm.



                                                   



Substance that removed from those organ.

Kidney :uric acid ,excess water and ammonia

Lungs :carbon dioxide.

Skin(Sweat glands) :water and salt

So, through excretion organism can control osmotic pressure .The balance between inorganic ions and water.it can also maintain acid -base balance. This process promote homeostasis, the constancy of organism's internal environment.
